About Me

I'm a Software Engineer graduated from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), with hands-on experience across backend, frontend and mobile development. I currently build production services with .NET 8 and Entity Framework Core at Seguros Reservas, consumed by React and React Native (Expo) applications, and I founded SOT — Service On Time, a full-stack service marketplace I architected end-to-end. I move comfortably across the full stack, translate business requirements into working, tested code with minimal supervision, and use AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) in a human-in-the-loop workflow to ship faster while keeping code quality high.

  • Design and develop backend services with .NET 8 and Entity Framework Core, consumed by web and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance an Electronic Invoicing system integrated with DGII, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliability.
  • Led development of a Payment Link Generator system, improving operational efficiency for insurance intermediaries.
  • Write and maintain unit tests (xUnit) and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment on Azure.
